Design has been David's passion in life since sketching out floor plans at the age of 12 and visualizing a built home, to actually rendering a home and supervising its construction.  David has been creating spaces and environments for people for over 30 years.

Born and raised in Dallas Texas, he went to SMU and decided design was were his natural abilities and desires lay. He started an accessories and jewelry line that was sold nationally for 12 years.  David has always had an ability to see things "finished" and be able to translate his clients needs and desires into real environments.  David likes to make a polished and sophisticated space that is clean, classic and comfortable.  This design philosophy has been his primary goal.

For the past 16 years David has been based out of Palm Springs, California, and doing Interior Design for clients from Ney York, to Connecticut, to Palm Beach, to San Francisco.  David began working with Interior Illusions in 2008.  He has been based out of the Santa Monica location, but has enjoyed working on projects ranging from Beverly Hills to Malibu, and as south as Newport Beach.  Having done design for so long, He strives to build relationships with his clients and has done as many as five homes with a single client.  Many other clients have had him design at least two or three of their luxury homes from head to toe.   One thing is for sure, whether it is just one rug or an entire home, David is all about making his clients happy so that they will keep coming back.  It seems to be working.
