Limited Warranty


Interior Illusions is a multi-brand showroom and does not manufacture the products we sell. As such, all merchandise is covered exclusively by the individual manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.


Manufacturer Warranties

  • Interior Illusions extends the original manufacturer’s warranty on all products sold.
  • Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by manufacturer and product.
  • To obtain specific warranty details for your purchase, please contact your sales representative or refer to the manufacturer documentation provided at the time of sale.


Warranty Claims & Assistance

  • Interior Illusions is happy to assist clients by working with the manufacturer on their behalf when a valid warranty claim arises.
  • Final determination of coverage, repair, replacement, or denial of a claim is made solely by the manufacturer.
  • Interior Illusions cannot guarantee that part or all of a manufacturer’s warranty claim will be approved.


Care & Maintenance Requirements

  • Clients are required to follow all manufacturer-provided care and maintenance instructions.
  • Failure to follow these care guidelines may result in voided warranty coverage.
  • Interior Illusions is not responsible for damage, wear, or failure resulting from improper use, improper care, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear.


Outdoor Furniture Disclaimer

  • Due to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and sun exposure, outdoor furniture warranties may be limited or excluded.
  • Clients must strictly adhere to manufacturer care instructions for outdoor products.
  • Interior Illusions cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of outdoor furniture.


Exclusions & Limitations

The following are not covered under any warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabric dye lot variations, color changes, or fading due to light exposure
  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or finish
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or environmental exposure
  • Commercial or hospitality use unless the product is specifically rated for such use


Commercial & Grade Requirements

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items meet any commercial, hospitality, or project-grade requirements.
  • Interior Illusions is not liable for merchandise placed in environments where specific grades are legally required and the product does not meet those standards.


Limitation of Liability

Interior Illusions does not offer or imply any additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. All warranties are limited to the terms set forth by the manufacturer.
